Out of the thousands of carriers rated in the survey, 52 in total were deemed worthy of the Shipper's Choice Award.
All-Connect was not only selected by shippers across Canada as one of the top carriers for LTL service, but of the top performing LTL carriers, were ranked number one for both customer service and competitive pricing. All-Connect's overall score for LTL mode of transportation was 158.115, which surpassed the benchmark of excellence at 142.674.
"Today, many transportation companies invest tremendously trying to increase the originality of their employees, looking to be at the forefront in such a competitive industry. But such programs make no difference unless management also learns to identify those precious imaginative ideas of their staff, and then finds ways of implementing them. I believe this award recognizes our company for just this." says President Ian Smith.
Research for the survey was conducted on behalf of the CITT and Canadian Industrial Transportation Association (CITA) by independent research firm G. Bramm & Associates.
